Introduction — Agreement Between You and uv666

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and uv666 ("uv666", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the uv666 website, mobile browser platform, and all services, games, and promotions offered thereon (collectively, "the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, depositing to, or otherwise using the Platform in any capacity, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. uv666 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Eligibility

Eligibility to Use the uv666 Platform

To register and use uv666, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and throughout the entire duration of your account. uv666 reserves the right to request documentary evidence verifying your eligibility at any time.

• 1You must be at least 21 years of age. uv666 enforces a strict minimum age policy of 21 years, which is higher than the standard 18-year threshold applied by many operators, reflecting uv666's commitment to responsible gaming in the Bangladesh market.
• 2You must be a natural person (individual). Corporate entities, bots, automated systems or proxy registrations are not permitted to create accounts on uv666.
• 3You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gaming and/or sports betting is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using uv666 is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• 4You must not be an employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of uv666 or any of its affiliated companies, technology partners or game providers.
• 5You must register using accurate, truthful and complete information. Providing false, incomplete or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension or termination.

Accounts

Account Registration and Security Obligations

Each player is permitted to hold one active uv666 account only. The creation of multiple accounts (whether under the same or different identities) by a single individual is prohibited and will result in all accounts being closed and any balances forfeited. The following obligations apply to all registered uv666 accounts.

• 1You are solely and entirely responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not such activity was authorised by you. uv666 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• 2You must choose a strong, unique password for your uv666 account and must not use the same password as any other online service. You must never disclose your password or one-time passcode (OTP) to any third party, including any person claiming to represent uv666 support. Genuine uv666 support staff will never ask for your password.
• 3You must notify uv666 customer support immediately via live chat if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, or if your registered mobile number has been compromised or changed without your knowledge.
• 4uv666 accounts are strictly non-transferable. You must not sell, transfer, assign or otherwise deal with your account rights to any third party. Any purported transfer is void and will result in account termination.
• 5uv666 may, at its discretion and without prior notice, implement additional verification procedures (including KYC identity checks) before processing any deposit, withdrawal, or bonus activation. Failure to complete such verification within a reasonable time will suspend the relevant transaction until verification is complete.

Payments

Deposits and Withdrawals — Payment Terms

All monetary transactions on uv666 are denominated in Bangladesh Taka (BDT, ৳). The following terms apply separately to deposits and withdrawals.

• 1The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. uv666 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. uv666 does not charge a processing fee on deposits; however, your mobile wallet provider may apply their own standard transaction charges.
• 2Deposits are credited to your uv666 balance as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the relevant payment provider network. uv666 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times, technical outages or network congestion.
• 3All deposits must be made from a payment account or mobile wallet that is registered in your own name. Deposits made from accounts belonging to third parties may be reversed, and the depositing account may be suspended pending investigation.

• 1The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to that method supporting outgoing transfers. If a withdrawal cannot be processed to your deposit method, uv666 support will advise alternative arrangements.
• 2Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within minutes during standard Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Processing times may be longer during weekends, public holidays or periods of high transaction volume. uv666 does not guarantee same-day processing in all circumstances.
• 3uv666 reserves the right to conduct additional identity and source-of-funds verification before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. Players will be notified if such verification is required and must cooperate fully. Withdrawal requests will be held pending completion of any required verification.
• 4Only real-money winnings derived from fair play on the Platform are eligible for withdrawal. Winnings obtained through bonus abuse, collusion, fraud, technical errors, or any form of prohibited activity as described in these Terms are not eligible for withdrawal and may be forfeited in full.

Promotions

Bonus and Promotion Terms

uv666 offers various promotional incentives to registered players including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and seasonal promotions tied to Bangladesh sporting events such as the BPL, IPL and T20 World Cup. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the following terms, in addition to any specific terms stated in the relevant promotion.

• 1All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (rollover conditions) before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus will be stated in the promotion details at the time the bonus is offered.
• 2Bonuses may only be used by the registered account holder. Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash without satisfying the applicable wagering requirement. One bonus per player per promotional period unless otherwise stated.
• 3uv666 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice if uv666 reasonably believes the promotion is being abused, if a technical error has caused incorrect bonus amounts to be issued, or if continued operation of the promotion would be contrary to applicable law or responsible gaming principles.
• 4Players who are subject to self-exclusion, cooling-off, or deposit limit restrictions are not eligible to receive or use bonus funds for the duration of those restrictions.
• 5In the event of any dispute regarding the application of bonus terms, uv666's interpretation of its own promotional terms and conditions shall be final, provided such interpretation is applied consistently and in good faith. Players may raise disputes via live chat support within 14 days of the relevant transaction.

Player Safety

Responsible Gaming Obligations

Prohibited Conduct

Prohibited Activities and Fair Play Policy

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the uv666 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

• 4Exploiting software errors, technical glitches, display errors or any system malfunction to gain an advantage. Any winnings obtained through a demonstrable technical error are void and will be reversed. Players who identify a technical error must report it to support immediately and must not continue to exploit it.
• 5Opening more than one account, whether using your own identity or a false identity. This includes registering using another person's name, address or payment details without their explicit knowledge and consent.
• 6Any conduct that is abusive, threatening or harassing toward uv666 staff or other players, including in live chat, email communications, or any other communication channel. uv666 maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward abusive conduct and reserves the right to close accounts engaging in such behaviour without compensation.

Enforcement

Account Suspension and Termination

uv666 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time for the reasons set out below. Where possible, uv666 will provide reasonable notice and an opportunity to remedy any breach before taking action; however, in cases of serious or suspected fraud, immediate suspension without notice may be applied.

• 1Breach of any provision of these Terms, including eligibility requirements, prohibited activity rules, account security obligations or responsible gaming obligations.
• 2Failure to complete identity verification or to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by uv666.
• 3Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, collusion, use of prohibited software, or any other activity that uv666 reasonably believes constitutes a violation of these Terms or applicable law.
• 4A voluntary account closure request submitted by the registered account holder via live chat support. Upon voluntary closure, any pending withdrawal requests that have passed verification will be processed; remaining bonus balances are forfeited.

IP Rights

Intellectual Property

All content on the uv666 platform — including but not limited to the uv666 brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, source code, and all other materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of uv666 or its licensors. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You must not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, reverse-engineer, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of uv666.

Liability

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, uv666 excludes all warranties, representations and conditions — express or implied — regarding the Platform, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. The following specific limitations apply.

• 1uv666 shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if uv666 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• 2uv666 shall not be liable for any service interruptions, downtime, technical errors, or temporary unavailability of the Platform caused by maintenance, server failures, third-party provider outages, or circumstances beyond uv666's reasonable control, including force majeure events.
• 3Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit uv666's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by uv666's negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Changes

Amendments to These Terms

uv666 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made to these Terms, uv666 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the Platform or by email to the address registered on your account. The notice period will be no less than 7 days before material changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required to comply with applicable law or to address urgent security concerns.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amended Terms have taken effect constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and contact support to close your account before the amendment takes effect.

Governing Law

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and applicable local law, the local law shall prevail to the extent of the conflict only.

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the Platform or these Terms, you must first contact uv666 customer support via live chat and allow a reasonable opportunity for uv666 to resolve the matter informally. uv666 is committed to resolving player complaints fairly and promptly. If you remain dissatisfied after uv666's internal resolution process, you may pursue available remedies under applicable local law.
